Chronicle Prelude

The bustling, politically charged city of Crownfall, centered around the grand but now quarantined Parliament Hall. The air is thick with paranoia and whispered accusations. The player begins in the crowded Market Square, a nexus of information and intrigue, where city watch patrols have doubled and nervous citizens trade rumors.

Environmental Traits

The city is on the brink of civil strife. The Chancellor's poisoning is the spark. Two powerful factions are maneuvering in the shadows, each believing their actions are necessary to save the city from a greater, unseen threat. The players must uncover the truth behind the 'Death Cap' fungus and decide the fate of the accused, the Chancellor, and ultimately, the city's soul.
