Welcome to AIGC Immersive Chronicles. By accessing or using our AI-driven Tabletop RPG (TRPG) and Murder Mystery platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the service.

2. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimer

  • All campaigns, NPC dialogues, and narrative developments within the platform are dynamically generated by artificial intelligence.
  • AI-generated content may occasionally be unpredictable, inaccurate, or entirely fictional. It is provided strictly for immersive entertainment purposes and does not represent the views of the developers.
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers or server maintenance.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform responsibly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without refund if you violate the following rules:

  • Prohibited Themes: You are strictly forbidden from inputting prompts or attempting to force the AI to generate content involving political agendas, religious themes, or extreme horror. The platform is designed for safe, non-sensitive narrative exploration.
  • System Integrity: You may not use automated scripts, scrapers, or exploits to mass-generate content or artificially inflate referral rewards.

4. Virtual Credits (PTS) & Payments

  • Destiny Points (PTS) are a virtual currency used exclusively to access AI-generated services within our platform.
  • PTS hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • All purchases of PTS or subscription plans are final. Once points have been consumed by generating AI content, they are strictly non-refundable.

5. Governing Language

These Terms of Service are drafted in English. Any translation provided is for convenience only. In the event of a conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall govern and control.
