Chronicle Prelude

The players begin in the 'Cogsgate Rustmarket,' a sprawling, smoke-choked bazaar built on the very pipes and ducts of the city's underbelly. The Rustmarket is a neutral zone, a haven for scavengers, engineers, and those seeking to profit from the crisis, but it is being slowly encroached upon by the melt-splashes.

Environmental Traits
