Tomb-robbing goblins, seeing only profit, have scattered the shards, further destabilizing the region. Two factions now vie for control of this chaotic nexus, each with desperate claims to survival and order. You are caught in the middle, a veteran adventurer hired to 'clean up the mess'—but whose mess, and for what purpose, is the question that will define your legacy.

Chronicle Prelude

You stand at the edge of the Duskfall Outpost, a hastily erected trading camp and neutral ground at the base of the primary impact crater. The air hums with a low, subsonic vibration. Before you, the Obelisk Ruins spread out—a nightmarish landscape where chunks of earth float, buildings hang inverted from the sky, and gravity shifts without warning. The outpost is a chaotic mix of desperate scavengers, wary mercenaries, and emissaries from both the Aetherium Concord and the Iron Consolidation.

Environmental Traits

The region is a gravity-warped disaster zone. The Gravitational Fine-Tuning Crystals are the key to stability, but they are also the source of immense power. The factions believe that controlling or 'tuning' the crystals is the only way to prevent a total collapse of reality in the area—or to weaponize it. The immediate goal is to navigate the ruins, gather crystals, and decide the fate of the region.
