Chronicle Prelude

The players arrive at the outer cordon of the Great Quarantine. Before them lies the smoldering, bread-like husk of Bakers' Alley. City guards in plague doctor masks bar the way, while frantic citizens demand answers and alchemical smoke hangs thick in the air. A temporary camp of survivors and officials has formed at the edge of the blast zone.

Environmental Traits
