Caught in the middle is the Florist, a reclusive druidic sect, and the Thorn Guard, a militant ranger guild. Both seek to restore balance, but their methods—and what they consider 'balance'—are irreconcilable. Veterans must navigate a living, breathing ecosystem where every choice has ecological consequences, and the line between protector and poisoner blurs.

Chronicle Prelude

The campaign begins at the Moss-Haven Outpost, a precarious settlement built into the giant, moss-covered roots of a world-tree at the edge of the Floral Sea. It's a neutral ground, smelling of damp earth, crushed herbs, and nervous sweat. Refugees from bee-attacks and weary travelers share rumors over weak ale.

Environmental Traits

The Phantasm Floral Sea is a sentient, magical jungle where flora and fauna are deeply intertwined. A recent magical catastrophe has mutated the pollen of the dominant Bloom-Stalks, sending the native Giant Bee swarms into a protective, hyper-aggressive 'Sting-Frenzy'. This has poisoned the pollen trade, starved the jungle's lesser creatures, and threatens to spill the frenzy into the civilized lands beyond. The ultimate goal is to reach the heart of the Bloom-Stalk nexus and decide the fate of the ecosystem.
